- Added the Employee Import feature.

- Terminations
- Updated the termination process to pay super on "in lieu of notice" payments.
- Reporting
- Added payroll tax reports.
- Corrected an issue where the report option selection for the "Previous Calendar Year" was not selecting the correct periods.
- Updated the report options sorting to be alphabetical for the location, department and employee dropdown lists.

- Timesheets
- Added options to allow for the bulk update for including and excluding timesheets from the payroll.
- Added validation to include breaks that are outside of the timesheet times
- Added time sheet warnings for instances where they clocked times outside of the geo fence.
- Fixed an issue where breaks over midnight were being set to the wrong days.
- Exports
- Correction to the Super Stream (SAFF) file to include costings where the super fund was not yet set, the system will now use the fund from the employee's profile.
- Updated the Super Stream (SAFF) file to use the payroll's payment date for the periods retrieved.
- Account Creation
- Updated the phone number validation to require a region code.
- Public Holidays
- Added state-based (non-regional) public holidays for 2024
- ClockOn GO
- Correction to include the payslip hours section as this was not displayed to the employees.
- Correction to auto-hide the payslip hourly rate for salaried employees.
- Correction to show the long service leave in weeks or hours based on the employee's linked ruleset setting.

- MYOB Integration
- ClockOn can now integrate with MYOB to send either Costed Time Sheets or Payroll Journals amounts.
- Subscriptions screen
- Included an option to try now or add the "MYOB Integration" addon.
- Updated to accept 16 number credit cards to allow for Amex accounts.
- Ruleset
- Added a feature to allow for the specific exclusions of penalty brackets from the "Earns a flat loading of x on overtime and penalty hours" ruleset option. This feature has been added to better accommodate the automation for casual employees on the Nurses Award [MA000034].
- Fixed the user interface flow for the additional annual leave and personal leave screens.
- Payroll
- Improved accuracy for STSL calculations
- Updated the termination process to remove STSL from the marginal tax calculation
- Correction to allow the rate update system to be used for employees marked for termination within the current period
- Updated the flow for standard weekly wage amounts override for payment in lieu in of notice, as well as marginal tax during the termination process.
- Fixed an issue at termination for employees who are using long service leave in hours to use the correct amounts.
- Payroll Rollback
- Fixed the user interface to show the location column correctly.
- Time sheets
- Fixed an issue with the kiosk image sorting if a clock time was done through another method.
- Fixed an issue where negative leave amounts were not showing on the timesheet detail screen.
- Journal
- Fixed an issue where the location name description was used in place of the location name
- Rate updates
- Added the option to revert a rate update within payroll.
- General user interface improvements.
- Reports
- Added the report "Journal Summary Report (Manual Entry, Account Number)".
- Added the report "Employee Listing (Rule Set, Allowance Set, Rate Set)".
- Added the report "Leave Entitlements Tracking (Opening Balance, Pro Rata)".
- Standardised the name format of the "Payroll Summary" reporting.
- Column alignment tweaks to all reports.
- Removed the security level field from the Employee Listing report.
- GO invitations
- Updated the disconnect button to remove user organisation linkages to allow for re-invites if needed.

- Fixed an issue where the employee names were not showing when selected in the dropdown.
- Fixed an issue where the previous message information was remaining when re-opening the screen.
- Locations
- Corrections for the user interface for the payroll tax fields.
- Fixed an issue where the Geofence was not updating across unprocessed time sheets when saved.
- STP
- Fixed an issue where termination amounts could be submitted for employees regardless of financial year.
- Misc
- Fixed an issue with the calendar dropdowns if a value is not correctly set.

- Employees
- We have simplified the process of assigning an employee to their departments, roles and employment categories by adjusting the interface and combining the options into the new tab "Groups". For details on all available fields relating to employees. Please see our Employee Options (Full Detail) article.
- Rate Sets
- Added the options for rate increase notifications at payroll based on "Years Worked" and "Industry Hours". please see our Rate Sets guide for more information
- Leave Requests
- Employees are now able to make leave requests through ClockOn GO and employers can review and choose to accept/reject them. For more information, please refer to the Leave Requests article.
- Security Roles
- Added new security options for the approval of leave requests.
- Timesheets
- Adjusted the sorting on the timesheet listing to be alphabetical.
- Fixed an issue where the employee's name was not showing correctly for terminated employees.
- Fixed an issue where in some instances an error was showing when the department selector was used.
- Rulesets
- Fixed an issue where some of the settings had inverted option selections
- Pay and timesheet rounding,
- Personal leave on RDO hours,
- Pay super on time-based overtime.
- STP
- Added validation handling for when an STP is attempted where there are no valid employees included.
- Fixed an issue where the gross wage that was reported was potentially higher than it should be for employees not in the salary and wages employment category.
- Payroll
- Fixed an issue where the additional payroll option was incrementing the standard payroll period when processing the payroll.
- EFT
- Fixed the formatting within the EFT file export to match that of the ABA file standard.
- Report Options
- Fixed the groupings on the payroll period dates where they were duplicating if there were payrolls with the same date range.
- Backend Improvements
- We have applied various component updates to improve speed and performance.

- Customizable Security Roles
- Added the ability to create your own security level options in the system to be assigned to the staff, this allows you to grant\restrict specific access depending on the needs of the employee in the business.
- Rosters - Role Mode
- Added roles to the rostering to allow you to roster based on the role functions within the business
- Added A New Report
- A new report has been added to the system "Roster (X-Y) Role Report" to complement the roster role mode.
- Fixed Child Support YTD Accrual
- Fixed an issue when using flat rate amounts for child support (garnished and deduction) where the year-to-date amount was increasing by the flat rate regardless of what was processed through payroll.
- Allowances Options
- Update to move the KM allowance options from the generic to the normal mode.

- EOFY 2023/2024
- The latest tax tables from the ATO for the 2023/24 financial year have been added to the system.
- Employee Terminations
- The yearly increases to the ETP cap and redundancy thresholds have been added for the 2023/24 Financial year.
- Public holidays
- The system now has a master list of the national and state-based public holidays
- Ruleset overtime
- Fixed a ruleset issue where the labels for the overtime rule for during specific times had the labels for Before/After around the wrong way.

- XERO Release
- The Xero Beta period has now been completed, customers can now access this with its full functionality.
- Rate Sets
- Added the aged-based "Rate Set" functionality into the system. This allows administrators to add the minimum pay rates for each year bracket, and at payroll, if any staff members within the payroll are below this amount the system will prompt the payroll officer for review.

- Fixed an issue when using the Payroll Summary Period Detail report it was referring to another report instead.

- Fixed an EFT file generation issue with the split of account numbers

- A new module 'Rosters' has been added, for more information on its usage please see our Rosters article for more detail.
- Added a 30-day trial, this can be accessed from the Subscriptions Manager screen.
- Added a new option to the System Setup screen for the setting of the roster start day.
- STP Wizard
- Add a close button to go back to the STP wizard.
- The page title is currently Message list, change to STP History
- Integration Wizard
- Fixed an issue where the screen would only allow a maximum of 10 employees.
- Payroll
- Fixed an issue where the system would not save the set leave payout amount on the payslip screen.
