Please be aware that ClockOn will be operating at a lower than normal staff ratio on the non-public holiday workdays between 25/12/2025 through to 02/01/2026 inclusive, and will be open between the hours of 9am to 5pm. We ask that you keep these dates in mind for your use of the system.
Our offices will be closed on the Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day public holidays.If you need assistance during this time please feel assured that while there may be a delay in responses we will be assessing tickets logged over this period and will be in touch to assist as soon as possible.
For queries regarding the use of the product, we recommend first viewing the ClockOn Knowledge Base portal. If you require further assistance you can either, try our website chatbot, or email us support@clockon.com.au. We will endeavour to assist with your queries when available.
