Time Sheet Screen

If granted access employees are able to see the listings of time sheets for their own profile, and any employees that have them set as a primary or secondary manager on their employee profiles.

If a dropdown does not have a selection, this indicates that all items in that list are on. selecting an item will apply a specific filter for that list.

The Pay Period and date ranges, indicate the time frame that is currently being displayed. This will default to the current default payroll period.

The Department dropdown allows you to filter to the time sheets that are set within that area of the business

The Employee dropdown allows users to view both your own and all employees that you are set as a manager for.

The Type filter allows users to choose to show only time sheets, leave entries, or restrict to only show unprocessed timesheets

On changing any of the above, the time sheet list will auto-adjust the list

Mass Updating And Additional Tasks

Actions such as mass-updates or deletes can be done by selecting the time sheets and then using the Actions dropdown.

From here you can preform actions like;

  1. Editing multiple time sheets
  2. Auto-filling the time entry fields based on the shift times.
  3. Approving/Unapproving the time sheets. This tells the system that the warnings can be ignored and payroll rules are fine to be applied.
  4. Deleting the selected time sheets.
