Along with the standard administrator and user system logins, ClockOn also provides some additional employee self-service (ESS) functionality. These features can be accessed through our ClockOn GO app, or by logging into the Employee Portal.
This guide will focus on how employees can get started to be able to access the system's features.

ClockOn Access Invitations
Before you can use any self-service features, you will require a system password, which your administrator will need to send you an invitation to the system.
The emailed invite will come from the address do_not_reply@clockon.com.au and look something like the following
To proceed to the next step, use the Get Started with ClockOn link contained within this email.
If you haven't recieved this yet, please check your email spam folder and/or contact your administrator to ensure that this has been sent.
You will be directed to a confirmation page where you will need to set a password and confirm that you agree to our terms of use.
Once set, use the Accept button to complete this process.
You will then be directed to a confirmation screen that will indicate which features your Administrator has allowed access to.
ClockOn GO
The ClockOn GO app allows employees to clock attendance, view rosters and timesheets, request leave and unavailability, view and prompt for payslip emails and send messages to administrators.
Please note that access to the above features are controlled by your ClockOn administrator.
The following guide details how you can download the app. You will need to use the login that you created when accepting the ClockOn invitation to access the app's features; ClockOn GO - Initial Setup.

Employee Login Portal
The Employee login portal allows users some web-based usage of the system for items such as viewing leave balances, requesting and managing leave requests, and reporting workplace incidents.
Please note that this feature is only available to customers signed up to the ClockOn Online Pro subscription.
The employee portal can be accessed using the standard https://online.clockon.com.au address, or directly using https://accounts.clockon.com.au/Account/EmployeeLogin
On opening this screen, they will see the following
If accessed using the standard link, the system will default to use the Employer Login page. To switch this, click the Login as Employee option.
The employee can now enter their email and password to log in.
