  • Employees
    • When adding/updating employees the award selection options the Rate Set can now use the "None" option.
  • Timesheets
    • Added the ability to sort timesheets based on the start end and break length times.
    • Fixes for the Time sheet Type filter dropdown options to correct its functionality.
    • Fixed an issue where an error was generated when attempting to Approve/Unapprove a timesheet from within the Time Sheet edit screen.
    • Fixed an issue where it was possible to have a start time on a length-only time sheet. This caused the payroll to list this time as 0 hours.
  • Roster
    • Update to the roster costings to include Special Rate amounts.
  • Awards
    • The options to set the employment status (full-time, part-time, casual) and pay type (salary, hourly) have been moved out of Rule sets to the Employee > Pay tab.
    • Added a check to prevent the multi-clicking of the save buttons from creating additional instances of the same items.
    • Rule set overtime and penalty rates can now be toggled between an active and inactive state.
    • Rate set special rates can now be toggled between an active and inactive state. 
    • Fixed an issue that prevented the Rule set rounding options to allow for the full 60 minutes.
    • Fixed an issue where the user was not able to disable the "Round net down to the nearest X cents" option by setting it to zero.
    • Fixed an issue with the ordering of rule set leave threshold brackets
  • Payroll
    • Fixed an issue with the Leave Loading calculation to prevent it from including Overtime.
    • Fixed an issue that occurred when rolling back an additional payroll run as it was adjusting the dates for the current payroll period in error. 
    • Fixed an issue where the allowance name for pay disbursements was previously showing as "???".
    • Fixed to include the pay disbursements on the payroll preview report.
  • Reports
    • Fixed an issue with the journal reporting where payroll disabled costing amounts were being included.
    • Time sheet general notes will now appear on the Activity Summary reports.
    • Adjusted the reporting to reduce the font size if dollar values exceeded the allowed space on the line, rather than pushing the amount to the line below.
  • Employee Access Groups
    • Added a confirmation box for deleting employee access groups.
  • Subscriptions
    • Added the ability to update the invoiced company name on the billing subscription screen.
    • Fixed an issue where customers who had notified us of a subscription cancellation were not able to access the account up until their cancellation expiry date.
  • ClockOn GO
    • Fix for the issue where the employee requested payslips from ClockOn GO were not sending correctly.

    • Added the "Employee Unpaid" report. This report is designed to display employees included in the period without payment. This is only accessible from the draft payroll screen.
  • Rulesets
    • Cleanup of an unused field on the General tab Workers Compensation Percentage.
  • Security and Performance
    • Updates to utilise the ".NET8" standard to improve system stability, responsiveness, and security.

  • Payroll
    • Fixed an issue with the rule set rounding option "Round timesheet length" option where it was possible for a timesheet costing to exceed the length of the time sheet. This issue only affected time sheets that crossed past midnight.
  • Employees
    • Fixed an issue where the balance of long service leave was showing in weeks when the rule set was set to accrue in hours
  • Rosters 
    • Added dates to the roster template screen.
  • Awards
    • Added the ability to duplicate allowance sets.
    • Fixed an issue with the rule set "Penalty (shift start - shift ends after)" and "Loading (shift start - shift ends after)"  options where the enable/disable was linked to the incorrect enable penalty loading option. 
    • Fixed an issue with the "awards bulk apply" not displaying a warning when there is no rule set selected.
    • Fixed a display issue where the "$" symbol is placed within the rule set penalties and loadings section that occurs when using the flat or +/- method options.
  • Time Sheets
    • Fixed an issue with the dates used when performing a multi-date time sheet save.
    • Updated to prevent the removal of the geofence pins when the actual times are adjusted.
    • Updated to show a warning on the time sheet to show if an employee is about to exceed their LSL balance.
  • Locations
    • Updated to allow for the removal of a department or role if there are no linked employees or associated payroll data.
  • Reports
    • Adjusted the reports listing to sort alphabetically.
    • Added the "Cost Summary (Department Roll-Up)" Report
    • Added the "Cost Summary (XY)" Report
    • Fixed an issue with the Activity Summary report where unpaid hours were missing from the costings section. 
    • Fixed the Employee listing report to ignore the rule set casual loading percentages when a value is included but the settings are not enabled.
  • Misc
    • Adjusted the account signup page to prevent character lengths of over 38 characters for the address line fields. This change was implemented as values over these limits cause issues with STP submissions.
    • Updated to prevent the use of the "<" and ">" characters throughout the system.

  • Rosters
    • Added a graph for daily roster costing to the roster screen. please see the Rostering Staff article for tips on how to use this feature.
  • Employee Access / ClockOn GO
    • Added an option "ClockOn | Allow user to select department". This is used with ClockOn GO to allow the employee to select which department they are clocking their time for. This is only applicable for non-rostered shifts.
  • Kiosk

    • Improvements to the back end of the app to improve stability and compatibility with newer devices

    • Addressed an issue with newer devices where the time was showing in UTC on the clock screen.

  • Reports

    • Fixed an issue on the payslip reports where the page break wasn't triggering when employees were only being paid via gross allowances.

    • Fixed an issue with the STP Employee report where it was not showing the correct number of pages. 

    • Fixed an issue with the "Employee Listing (Rule Set Penalty/Loading Rates)" report where it was showing using the rule set Miscellaneous Loadings percentage settings when they were disabled.  

  • Security Roles

    • Updated the "Organisation > Subscription Manager" option to grant full access to make changes to the subscription manager rather than a view-only mode.

  • Rule Sets

    • Fixed an issue with the $ symbol displaying at the end of the value for overtime rate sets when the rate is paid as a dollar amount.

  • STP 

    • Fixed an issue where the system allowed for too many characters when entering in the business address. This was causing an error when submitting to STP.

  • Organisations

    • Fixed an issue that can occur when entering payment information using the direct debit option and the user has a shorter account number.

    • Added the 2024-25 tax tables.

    • Added the ability to specify the assigned year for Lump Sum E amounts.

    • Added the ability to select entire rows by selecting the employee's name or role.

    • Added the ability to select entire columns by clicking the roster date heading.

    • Added the ability to select all shifts by clicking in the "Employees" text in the upper left of the roster grid.

    • Fixed a display issue with the "Roster (X,Y) Role" report where the shift descriptions were not showing correctly.

    • Fixed an issue from the last release where payslips no longer show the hours worked or hourly rate.

  • Award Groups
    • Introduced the Award Groups feature to allow for the grouping of rule sets, rate sets and allowance sets. 
  • Rosters
    • Added the ability to multi-select shifts using left-click while holding the CTRL key.

    • Added copy and paste functionality using, either the right-click option or CTRL+C and CTRL+V keyboard shortcuts.

    • Updated the shift add to auto-assign the employee's default role if available.

  • Reports

    • Fixed an issue that caused a duplication of shift records on the roster report.
    • Updated the payslip reporting to include EFT pay disbursement details.

  • Employee

    • Added a section for "Fair Work Statements" under the "Employee" > "Termination/Notes" screen to record employee acceptance documents when added using the FLARE onboarding feature.

    • Added an option to allow a terminated employee to be duplicated note that this will only work if the employee has been fully finalised through the payroll process.

  • Account

    • Fixed an issue where a user could not accept a GO invite if they had previously created a ClockOn account, but had not created a company record.

  • Payroll
    • Corrected an issue that occurred when adding a payroll period.
    • Corrected an issue that could cause an underpayment when public holiday timesheets crossed over midnight.

    • Corrected an issue with the payment of leave loading or weekend penalties option that occurred if a timesheet crossed past midnight from Sunday to Monday.

    • Corrected an issue that caused incorrect costings if a timesheet had multiple breaks falling before and after midnight.

    • Corrected an issue where 0 length breakdowns were possible for penalties that pass over midnight.

    • Corrected an issue with payroll terminations where the employee that received a redundancy with a leave payout would have a double amount when submitted to STP. 

  • STP
    • Corrected an issue with the STP validation for first-time submissions where the address field could not be saved if originally entered incorrectly.

    • Adjustment to ensure that the STP Header record will now exclude contractor payroll amounts unless specifically specified to include on their employee profile. 
  • Rulesets
    • Corrected an issue where ruleset leaves accrual brackets were duplicating when added
  • Timesheets
    • Corrected the sorting on the timesheet shift list.
  • Locations
    • Corrected an issue where the Close button was not working on the location role screen.
  • Reports
    • Corrected an issue with the report options filters for "Previous Month" and "Previous Year" not loading the correct periods.
    • Corrected an issue with the roster reporting where the times were duplicating. 
  • Subscriptions
    • Corrected an issue that prevented the purchase of add-ons where the expiry had expired.

    • Corrected an issue to ensure that the subscription screen loads the default organisation if none have been selected.
