The Document storage feature allows for the system recording documents such as Policy and procedure documentation, employee contracts, pay rate increases and other items.
Files of the types JPEG, PNG, CSV, JPG, XLS, XLSX, DOCX, DOC, PDF, TXT of up to 2MB are supported for upload to the system.

Organisation Documents
Organisation documents allows a location to store files relating to the the company. An example of this may be a policies and procedures document.
Employee Documents
ClockOn provides the facility to store documents can also be stored at an individual employee level this is done from the Employee Profile > Actions > Documents button.
Uploading Documents
The process for adding and viewing documents under each option is identical.
Once on the Documents screen use the Add Document button to start the process.
Give the document a name, select a file and if needed set an expiry notification date and use the save button to complete the process.
At this time the expiry notification is for display purposes only. Future functionality is intended to allow this to alert to the administrator that the document requires review.
The new file will be shown on the screen. A copy of this document can be retrieved from the Options > Preview button.
