The ClockOn GO app provides employee self-service features for the ClockOn system and is available to all companies with a paid subscription. This includes the features for clocking attendance, viewing rosters and timesheets, requesting leave, and viewing and self-requesting copies of payslips.

Installing the ClockOn GO App
The first step is to download the app onto your device.
To install on your mobile phone, please do the following
- Open your Apple App Store or Google Play app Store on your device.
- Search for “ClockOn GO"
- Install the App.
Logging in
Before you can use the ClockOn GO app, your administrator will need to invite you to the system.
Once the invitation is sent, you will receive an email with a link requesting you to confirm your login credentials and create a password. You can then use this detail with this option to log in to the account on your device.
Use the Log in with ClockOn Online and enter your email address and password details.
If the email invitation didn't guide you to the account creation process, the following may apply; - You may already have an user account with ClockOn and can use that detail to login - Your organisation is using the Desktop ClockOn solution, in which the invite will include a connection link that you can use on the device to bypass this step. If you have an account but are are unsure of your login password, you can use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
