Customers can choose to revert their subscription from the Professional (Pro) version back to the Standard package. This can be done using the Subscription Manager > Downgrade button.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are only able to downgrade subscriptions once per billing cycle.
If used, you will be presented with two options for the application of this change.
Downgrade my package on my next invoice
This will allow you to continue to access all of the current features until your next invoice is generated. Any changes to licensing and add-ons during this period will also be billed at the current package rates until the next billing cycle commences.
The following example elaborates on this option.
- Invoice period; 01/01/2025 - 01/02/2025
- Elected to downgrade 10/01/2025
The customer will continue to have access to the Pro features until the expiry on 01/02/2025.
Another employee license was required on 12/01/2025.
The system calculated the increased license amount based on the Pro subscription pricing for the remainder of the current period, and then reverted to the standard feature pricing in the next invoice period.
Downgrade my package immediately
Using this option will remove access to all of the enhanced features available in the selected package and downgrade your subscription immediately. The subscription pricing for all new licenses will revert back to the Standard package pricing for the remainder of the current payment period.
This option may be useful if you do not require the Pro features, but are about to add new team members to the system and would like it at a cheaper rate.

- Invoice period; 01/01/2025 - 01/02/2025

The customer's access to the Pro features was removed on 10/01/2025.
Another employee license was required on 12/01/2025.
The system calculated the increased license amount based on the Standard subscription pricing for the remainder of the current period.
IMPORTANT: While this option will reduce the cost of future license increases to the Standard package rate, no credits or refunds will be granted for previously paid licenses or time already purchased from the Professional subscription.
