  • User Access
    • Fixed an issue where it was possible to remove access the owner access for an account.
    • Added a security option to allow specified users to log in to the ClockOn Kiosk.
  • Locations
    • Added an option to set an administrator PIN code that can be used to manage the settings on the ClockOn Kiosk app.
    • Fixed an on-screen issue when saving on the location opening hours, when user values were missing from the screen. 
    • Fixed an issue where the default opening hour records were not correctly applied to new locations. 
  • Kiosk
    • Added a logout button.
    • Improvements to the accuracy of the employee time recording.
  • GO
    • Fixed an issue that prevented leave requests from being logged after the date 31/12/2025.
  • Rosters
    • Added a loading panel for roster copy-paste instances when the process exceeds 1 second to complete.
  • Employees
    • Improved the logic around the medicare reduction and surcharge settings to only allow valid selections.
    • Fixed an issue with the employee import where the working weeks were not generating correctly.
    • Fixed an issue with the employee import where the selections for the employee's award details were not retained. This only occurred when importing over 100 employees.
    • Fixed an issue that prevented the employee YTD screen from opening for new employee instances. 
  • Payroll
    • Change to prevent the employee's financial YTD records from being removed when rolling back payrolls beyond the current year and zeroing them out. This is needed to ensure the updated amounts can be successfully submitted through STP to update the ATO's records.
  • Reports
    • Fixed the SAFF export settings location listing to display alphabetically.
    • Fixed a display issue with the "Timesheets Breaks" reports where break times included on non-rostered shifts displayed the break time as negative in the rostered column.
    • Fixed a display issue with the "Activity Summary Report (Payslip Breakdown)" reports where break times included on non-rostered shifts displayed the break time as negative in the rostered column.
    • Fixed a display issue with the "Activity Summary Report (Payslip Breakdown)" where the listed start and end break times were incorrect.
  • Subscriptions
    • Added the option to set the required headcount at the time of account upgrade.

  • Rosters
    • Fixed an issue for staff that have a start date on the 29th of February, this item occurred in non-leap-year instances.
    • Approved leave time sheets now have a shift linked to them to allow for them to show on the roster.
  • Time Sheets
    • If an employee is selected when adding time sheets, the add screen now adds the employee's name, primary department, and primary role (if assigned) by default.
    • Adjusted the logic for when the system will auto-set the rostered times when adding/adjusting a time sheet. The system will now only auto-add the shift times for new time sheets when setting the actual times where a shift has yet to be set.
  • Payroll
    • Added an option to allow for accrued time-in-lieu hours to be converted to be paid as overtime instead
  • Organisations
    • Fixed an issue that allowed users to have a blank ClockOn account name.
