How to connect to Xero

How to disconnect from Xero

If you wish to change or no longer want to use the integration you can disconnect from Xero using the following steps.

  1. Select the Setup menu and click the Additional Settings option, and then select the Integrations option.
  2. Next to the Xero connection, press the Disconnect button.
  3. When prompted, click OK to confirm.

What does this integration do?

The Xero integration allows users to transfer employee timesheet data to Xero in a clean and accurate way. The connection is established by the user entering their Xero details via a secured channel, then secured tokens are used to communicate from that point so the user is not required to enter data.  The timesheet data will appear as a draft payroll for final review and approval in Xero.

No Xero Account is Currently Configured Message

On selecting the Xero integration option you may encounter the following message box.

This indicates that the integration link has yet to be set up. To correct this please follow the steps in the following guide.
