The following guide details the global settings for options throughout the system.


To open this screen select Setup from the menu, then Additional Settings.


From there select System Settings


This article contains the following items; 

  1. E.F.T
  2. Super
  3. Attendance
  4. Roster

E.F.T

This section allows you to configure options related to the bank uploadable ABA file.


E.F.T Grouping

This setting is used to determine the number of files in which the ABA files will be exported from the system when generated.

  1. Location - This will generate a separate ABA file based on the setup of the location in the system.
  2. ABN - This will generate a single ABA file where the payment details match per location.

Super

This section allows you to configure your global super-related options.


Costing Method

This setting allows you to indicate how you would like your super amounts to be allocated at the payroll

  1. Employee - If this option is selected, all super costings will be allocated to the employee's default department.
  2. Worked - If this option is selected, super costings will be allocated based on the departments where the employee's timesheets were set to.

Attendance

This section allows you to configure your global time & attendance related options


ClockOn GO - Allow clock on / off outside of geofence

This setting allows you to indicate whether or not users of the ClockOn GO mobile app are allowed to clock their times anywhere or if they need to be within a radius set of a pre-set location. 

The settings for configuring the Geofence location and range are located in the Locations screen under the Options dropdown
